University of the South Pacific Admission
Step 1: Submit your Admissions Application
Application Deadline:
- Semester 1: 2nd Friday of October / Semester 2: 2nd Friday of May
Required Documents:
- Certified copy of Birth Certificate
- Certified copy of Passport Biodata Page
- Certified copies of ALL Academic certificates and Transcripts
- Ensure documents are certified by a Public Notary or Solicitor
- Translate non-English documents and certify by a registered translator
Step 2: Receive Offer to Study at USP
- Upon assessment, USP IO will send Offer Letter and Acceptance Letter.
- Return signed Acceptance Letter within 5 days to confirm placement.
Step 3: Submit Study Permit Application
Study Permit Application Deadline: Semester 1: 3rd Friday of October / Semester 2: 3rd Friday of May
Study Permit Application Fee Payment Deadline: Semester 1: 4th Friday of October / Semester 2: 4th Friday of May
