University of the Philippines Mindanao Admission Requirements
New Freshman Admission:
A graduate of an accredited high school may be admitted as freshman to the University of the Philippines Mindanao on the basis of: (1) his performance in the UP College Admission Test (UPCAT); (2) his weighted average in the first three years of high school; and (3) his choice of UP campus and the quotas for specific degree programs/colleges set by the respective Deans.
Non-Regular Admission:
A degree holder or undergraduate student who is not currently enrolled in any other institution of higher learning may be allowed to take credit courses on the graduate and/or undergraduate level, respectively, provided that this student satisfies the appropriate requirements for admission to the University. He shall not be allowed to enroll for more than one semester, except by special permission of the Dean of the college concerned and the University Registrar.
