Admission Requirements for Freshmen Students:

- Certificate of Good Moral Character, signed by the Principal or Guidance Counselor of the last school attended.

- Certificate of Transfer Credential (Honorable Dismissal from the last school attended).
- Certificate of Academic/Scholastic Records (and R.L.E for students in the College of Nursing)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character, signed by the Principal or Guidance Counselor of the last school attended.
CROSS-ENROLLEES: Students primarily enrolled in other institutions of higher learning may be admitted into any of the colleges of the University under the following conditions:
- Submission of a written request from their respective Deans or Registrars.
- The cross-enrollment permit must specify the total number of units for which a student may register.
- The subject(s) the student is authorized to take in any of the Colleges of the University.
Graduate (Master’s) and Doctoral Degree Admission Requirements:

Admission Requirements for International Students:
- Study Permit from CHED.
- Photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration (from CID).
