Admission Requirements for Freshmen Students:

  1. Form 138 (High School Report Card)
  2. Certificate of Good Moral Character, signed by the Principal or Guidance Counselor of the last school attended.
  3. Birth Certificate

Admission Requirements for Transferee Students:

  1. Certificate of Transfer Credential (Honorable Dismissal from the last school attended).
  2. Certificate of Academic/Scholastic Records (and R.L.E for students in the College of Nursing)
  3. Certificate of Good Moral Character, signed by the Principal or Guidance Counselor of the last school attended.

CROSS-ENROLLEES: Students primarily enrolled in other institutions of higher learning may be admitted into any of the colleges of the University under the following conditions:

  1. Submission of a written request from their respective Deans or Registrars.
  2. The cross-enrollment permit must specify the total number of units for which a student may register.
  3. The subject(s) the student is authorized to take in any of the Colleges of the University.

Graduate (Master’s) and Doctoral Degree Admission Requirements:

  1. Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credentials
  2. Photocopy of Transcript of Records
  3. Recommendation Letter

Admission Requirements for International Students:

  1. Study Permit from CHED.
  2. Photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration (from CID).
  3. Original copy of the transcript records from the last school attended certifying completion of at least the equivalent of a Philippine high school graduation. (Transcripts not in English must be translated and certified by a Philippine Consulate or Embassy official in the country of origin).
  4. Certification of English proficiency if the applicant’s native language is not English, certified by a responsible Philippine Consulate official in the country of origin.
