New Students

  1. Freshmen – are high school graduates enrolling in college for the first time. Upon enrollment, a freshman must submit the follwing requirements:
    • Form 138 (4th year HS report card) or DepEd ALS (Alternative Learning System) Examinee Report and certificate of qualification to college
    • Original & Photocopy of the Birth Certificate/Marriage Certificate issued by the National Statistics Office (NSO) / Philippines Statistics Authority (PSA).
    • Certification of Good Moral Character, issued by the HS Principal.
  2. Transferees – Transferees are those students who wish to enroll in the University after having been enrolled in a college course at another institution. Upon enrollment, a transferee must submit the following credentials:
    • Transfer Credentials or Honorable Dismissal.
    • Transcript of Records for evaluation purposes.
    • Original & Photocopy of the Birth Certificate issued by the National Statistics Office (NSO) / Philippines Statistics Authority (PSA).

University of Bohol Scholarship

Students maintaining a grade point average (GPA) of 1.5 or above are eligible to apply for the University Academic Scholarship through the Vice President for Academic Affairs Office. Applicants must complete the following requirements:

  1. Provide a recent 2×2 black and white photograph.
  2. Submit character references or a Good Moral certificate from the school.
  3. Furnish a Certification of Grades from the Registrar.
  4. Obtain a Certificate or endorsement from the College Dean.
  5. Secure a Certificate or endorsement from the Adviser of the University of Bohol Academic Scholars’ Organization.

Applicants must be currently enrolled at the Registrar’s Office and have paid all requisite fees at the Treasurer’s Office.

University of Bohol academic scholars are entitled to the following discounts:

For UB Elementary and UB High School graduates:

  • First Honor: 100% discount on tuition fees for the academic year.
  • Second Honor: 50% discount on tuition fees for the academic year.

For College students (2nd year, 3rd year, 4th year, 5th year) maintaining Dean’s List status with a General Passing average:

  • 1.00 to 1.25 GPA: 100% discount on tuition fees.
  • 1.26 to 1.50 GPA: 50% discount on tuition fees.

For College of Law Students:

  • First-year students graduating with honors from a Bachelor’s degree:
    • Summa Cum Laude: 100% free tuition fees.
