UNIVERSITÉ GASTON- BERGER Admission

Admission of foreign students

 Foreign students wishing to study at Gaston Berger University in Saint-Louis can apply for admission.

The file must include the following documents:

 – a handwritten request addressed to the Rector of the UGB;

 – legalized copies of transcripts and certificates of achievement;

 – a certificate of nationality

 – thesis project (for the Doctorate)

 The complete file must be submitted, within the time limits, to the Mail Office of the Rectorate or to the branch of the UGB which is located in Dakar.

 Admission of employed students

 Employed students wishing to study at Gaston Berger University in Saint-Louis can apply for admission.

 The file must include the following documents:

 –   a handwritten request addressed to the Rector of the UGB;

 –   legalized copies of transcripts and certificates of achievement;

 – a service order authorizing him to register.

The complete file must be submitted, within the time limits, to the Mail Office of the Rectorate or to the branch of the UGB which is located in Dakar.

Admission of  Senegalese students

 Senegalese students   wishing to study at the Gaston Berger University of Saint-Louis in levels L3, M1,M2 and Doctorate can apply for admission.

 The file must include the following documents:

–   a handwritten request addressed to the Rector of the UGB;

 –   legalized copies of transcripts and certificates of achievement;

 –  legalized copy of identity card;

 –  thesis project (for the Doctorate).

 The complete file must be submitted, within the time limits, to the Mail Office of the Rectorate or to the branch of the UGB which is located in Dakar.

Resumption of study

 Students who have canceled their registration and wish to return to continue their studies at Gaston Berger University can submit a request to resume their studies.

 The file must include the following documents:

 –   a handwritten request addressed to the Rector of the UGB;

 –   a copy of the cancellation acceptance letter;

 –  legalized copy of the last registration certificate.

The complete file must be submitted, within the time limits, to the Mail Office of the Rectorate or to the branch of the UGB which is located in Dakar.
