Thus, the creation of the University Center of Lisala in 2006, which later became the University of Lisala in 2010, was like the crowning of a long expertise in terms of instruction and education in our region. From now on, the sons and daughters of Mongala, barely finishing the humanitarian cycle, can immediately enroll in the University and continue their academic training without interruption. This has made it possible to increase the number of intellectuals and to provide the community with locally available skills.

Université de Lisala Admission
Re-registration at the University – No registration as a student in the registers of the University, for a given semester, is authorized for a person who has not paid in full all the fees and charges payable. The prohibition to register also applies to the person who has not paid the costs and disbursements to which he has been condemned under the Disciplinary Rules for Students of the University.
Readmission to the University – A person who submits an application for admission to the University and who is indebted for a balance of fees and charges payable under this regulation will be denied the right to register.
Reimbursement or cancellation of rights, Reimbursement of rights paid following abandonment. Reimbursement of fees and expenses paid following the partial withdrawal of courses is the responsibility of the Finance Department, which determines the amount to be reimbursed based on the information received from the Registrar’s Office.
Responsibilities Application – The general responsibility for the application of these regulations is the responsibility of the director of the Finance Department of the University of Lisala and his partner in the management of foreign students.
Modifications – The modification of the rights and costs listed in these rules is within the competence of the partners.
