• Age: 16-22 years old upon enrollment
• Height: At least 5’4” for BSMT
• Form 138: Average grades in Math, English, and Science subjects should not be less than 85%
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• PSA Birth Certificate
• Passed semestral physical exam and medical tests:
  • Pre-Employment Medical Examination for Seafarers (following STCW and DOH requirements), ISHIHARA test, Hearing test, Hepa B test, CBC (Complete Blood Count), Drugs test, Fecalysis, Urinalysis, Chest X-Ray
• Obtained at least a passing rate in APRO examination (level 2 for 25% – 75%, 3 for above 75%) or OLSAT examination with a minimum score of 36
• Not eligible for transfer.

• Form 138: Average grades in Math, English, and Science subjects should not be less than 82%
• Certificate of Good Moral Character

• Drug test (for Criminology Program every semester)
