Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degree Admission Requirements:

• The applicant must achieve a high school certificate from a Saudi school or an equalized one.
• The applicant must not be registered or dismissed for any disciplinary action.
• The applicant should practice good manners and right conduct.
• The applicant must be medically fit.
• Paying nonrefundable registration fees = 2000 SAR.

Riyadh Elm University Admission for Transfer Student

• The student should have been enrolled at a college or a university that is recognized by the Ministry of Education
• The student must not be registered or dismissed for any disciplinary action, if proven otherwise, the student’s transfer will be cancelled
• The student’s GPA must not be less than 3.75 out of 5 or 2.75 out of 4.
• The number of units required for graduation after transferring should be a minimum of 60% of the program’s units.
• Once the student enrolled in the system and accepted the equivalent courses, he/she can not re-apply for an equalization form. 
• Courses with grades less than (70% = C), or ”Pass“ with no score are not qualified for equalization. 
• Paying nonrefundable equalization fees = 500 SAR.
• Paying tuition fees.

• The applicant must have a Bachelor Dentistry degree from a recognized college/ university.
• The applicant must have finished the internship requirements. 
• The applicant must have scored the required grade in  one of the English language aptitude tests (TOEFL- IELTS -STEP).
• The applicant must have a valid classification certificate from The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
• The applicant must pass the personal interview and any other competitive tests. 
• A letter of consent must be given from the employer if the applicant is an employee.

Riyadh Elm University Scholarship Requirements

“Mostaqbal” Program (Future)

The “Mostaqbal” Program is a scholarship program offered by REU aimed at contributing to the realization of the Saudi Vision 2030. It allows students to pay 50% of the tuition fees during their academic years, with the remaining 50% payable after graduation through monthly installments.

REU offers the “Mostaqbal” Program for all undergraduate programs in the university, supporting students in achieving their dreams and ambitions. The university administration determines the number of seats supported by the Future program for each semester, and competition is open to applicants.

For the first semester of the academic year 1445-2023, the number of seats for future scholarships will be allocated as follows:

• 70 seats for Bachelor of Nursing Science
• 50 seats for Bachelor of Dental Surgery
• 50 seats for Bachelor of Pharmacy
• 50 seats for Bachelor of Dental Assistant
• 20 seats for Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratories
• 20 seats for Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
• 20 seats for Bachelor’s degree in Dental Technology

“Maslak” Fund

The “Maslak” Fund is an educational fund provided by Suliman Al-Rajhi Foundation for Development Finance, allowing students to pursue their preferred specialties at REU with a payment period extending beyond graduation.

The fund offers loans with flexible and easy repayments for both freshman and registered students at REU, applicable to all Master and Bachelor programs.

The payment period for financing installment varies:

• Bachelor of Dentistry: 9 years, starting from the years of study until after graduation.
• Other Bachelor programs: 6-7 years, starting from the years of study until after graduation.
• Master programs: 4 years, starting from the years of study until after graduation.
