Admission Requirements for Master’s (Graduate) Degree Programs

General Admission Requirements:

  1. Nationality: Applicants must be Saudi nationals or on a scholarship for postgraduate studies if they are non-Saudi.
  2. Educational Background: Must hold a university degree from a recognized Saudi or international university.
  3. English Proficiency: For programs requiring an English language test, applicants must pass STEP or QUEPT.
  4. Age Limit: For master’s programs, applicants must not exceed 30 years, and for doctoral programs, the age limit is 35 years for non-Saudis.
  5. Residency Status: Applicants must have a valid residency permit in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia if applying for internal scholarships.
  6. Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of 100 Saudi riyals is required.
  7. Documents: Various documents such as graduation certificates, academic records, national ID, passport copies, and residency permits need to be uploaded during the application process.

Additional Admission Requirements for Non-Saudi Applicants:

  1. Residency and Sponsorship: Requirements vary depending on whether the applicant is applying for an external or internal scholarship.
  2. English Language Certification: Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English, and the certificate must be uploaded upon acceptance.
  3. Work Permit (if applicable): Regular residents requiring a work permit must provide stamped approval from the employer.
