O’Sullivan College of Montreal Admission Requirements

Canadian citizens must submit a copy of the following documents:

  • The completed application form along with the $50 application fee, followed by $200 upon receipt of your contract;
  • High school transcript issued by the “Ministère de l’Éducation”;
  • Post-secondary transcript, if applicable;
  • Birth certificate issued by “l’État civil du Québec”.

Permanent residents or naturalized Canadians must submit a copy of the following documents:

  • The completed application form along with the $50 application fee, followed by $200 upon receipt of your contract;
  • Latest high school transcript and diploma;
  • Post-secondary transcript and diploma and/or comparative evaluation from the “Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration”;
  • Permanent resident card or Canadian Citizenship Commemoration Certificate (both sides);
  • Quebec Selection Certificate;
  • Birth certificate.

Foreign students must submit a copy of the following documents:

  • The completed application form along with the $100 application fee, followed by $250 upon receipt of your contract;
  • Transcripts from the last two years of high school, partial results for the current year, if applicable, and the diploma;
  • Transcripts and diploma from post-secondary studies, if applicable;
  • Birth certificate and passport.

Please note that international students cannot apply to the Accelerated Paralegal Technology program. Since they did not complete their general education courses in a cegep in Quebec, they are not eligible. They are also not eligible for the Technique de bureau, spécialisation juridique program, because it is funded by the government.

O’Sullivan College of Montreal Scholarship Application

This scholarship in the amount of $500 will be given for the next five years starting 2010-2011 to a student who has successfully completed the first year of the Medical Records program. The scholarship will be awarded based mainly on the academic average and on other standards. The amount will be deducted from the tuition fees in two installments: the first half in the Fall semester and the second half in the Winter semester.
