Open University of Benghazi
The Open University of Benghazi is one of the three affiliated open universities.It was established by Cabinet Resolution No. 413 of 2015 for the Interim Government, and the branches located in the eastern region follow it. The university works to achieve its scientific mission in providing the opportunity for education for those who wish To continue their studies in a way that contributes to raising the educational and cultural level in the country, ensuring the principle of freedom of education, and moving towards reducing administrative centralization in educational institutions in order to achieve spatial development and educational achievement parallel to traditional education through real communication between the student and the professor and between the university and its branches.
