- Take note of your TEMPORARY STUDENT NUMBER
- Save and download the GSPIS for future use
2. Submission of Initial Requirements through this LINK, Prepare the digitized copy of the following initial requirements:
- Proof of Identification (Birth Certificate, or any Government-issued ID)
- 2×2 ID Picture with white background
- Report of Grades
- For Freshmen – Senior High School Report Card (F-138)
- For Transferees and Graduate School – Transcript of Records/ Transfer Credential Certificate
3. Pre-qualification

- You will be notified by the Admissions Office of the following via e-mail

4. Admission Test and Submission of other Requirements
- Go to your respective Testing Room 30 minutes before the test
- Payment and other requirements will be collected at the Testing Room before the examination proper
5. Notification of Results
- Results will be sent by the Admission Office to your registered e-mail address 5 – 7 days after the Test
