Ndejje University located in Uganda with the population of around 45.85 million. University acceptance rate is 70 – 75 %. University accepts local and international students. Language of education is English. Students can apply for Bachelor (B.Sc.), Masters (M.Sc.) and for PhD degree programmes. The university is a officially registered university with the Ministry of higher Education in Uganda.

Ndejje University Fee Structure 2023/2024

In this section, we provide you with information regarding how you make fees payments to Ndejje University, the cost of each programme and Ndejje’s tuition and fees policy. Our fees structure includes tuition, and functional fees which are payable either on semester or annual basis. Some fees are payable one, therefore you need to use the fees policy and your admission letter as guides.

All Payments are made through the bank. One has to generate a payment code through ZeeVasty, which is then submitted together with money to any of our bank’s banking tellers or agents, and then a receipt will be issued as proof of payment by the bank.

Ndejje University Admission 2023/2024

Study for a diploma, degree and a career enhancement certificate at undergraduate or postgraduate from Ndejje University and gain a unique identity in your career.

All university programmes are conducted in the English language.

If standard study options don’t apply to you, flexible study options may be more suitable. These include:

  • Evening Study programmes designed to offer opportunities to mainly the working class although any interested person who meets the admission requirements can apply to be considered for admission.
  • Distance learning or External study programmes designed to benefit those who merit University education but for some reason are unable to attend regular classes at the University.

Please note that applications are open all year round, however we have two main in-takes August and January each year.

Higher Education Students’ Financing Board

The Uganda Higher Education Students’ Financing Board (HESFB) is a fund intended to provide financing to Ugandan students who have qualified for higher education in recognized institutions of higher learning but are unable to support themselves financially.

 The applicant will have been admitted to an accredited Higher Education Institution. Students pursuing both sciences and non-sciences in local public and private chartered universities pursuing courses considered to be critical to national development and covering human capital gap.

 In the interim, there will be cost sharing between the government and the students whereby the Higher Education Students Financing Board shall cover tuition fees, functional fees, research fees and Aids and appliances for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs).

Muljibhai Madhvani foundation

A fund granted to Undergraduate students, who have completed first year of studies at a Ugandan University; and, graduate applicants who have been either admitted and/or registered for graduate programmes.

The fund can be extended to students taking any of the following disciplines; Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, Actuarial Science, Architecture, Veterinary Medicine, Commerce, Hotel Management, Pharmacy, Nursing, Engineering, Food Science & Technology, Information Technology, Environment, and Medicine.
