Application Procedure

Applications should be sent by post or delivered by hand at Mzuzu University Campus in the Registry or via online by scanning a completed application form and submitting to the following email:

admissions@mzuni.ac.mw 

All applicants should complete a Mzuzu University 2022/2023 Admission Application Form and attach applicable copies of the following documents:

  1. Copies of their academic qualifications,
  2. Previous academic record (transcripts),
  3. MSCE or equivalent certificates,
  4. Curriculum vitae, and
  5. A copy of the application fee bank deposit slip

Application forms can be obtained from the Porters Lodge or Registry at Mzuzu University Campus or downloaded from the website www.mzuni.ac.mw  

Completed applications should be returned with a non-refundable admission application fee of K10,000 for Malawian applicants and US$ 150 for international applicants. Applications submitted without the admission application fee will be disqualified.

The application fee should be paid by depositing the amount of K10,000 into the following bank account
