Metropolitan University of Educational Sciences Admission Requirements

Those who meet the following requirements:

  • Take third and fourth year in an establishment that is part of the PACE.
  • They are located within the top 15% of the ranking score of their establishments.
  • They participate in preparation and support activities in Secondary Education.
  • They enroll and take the PSU in Mathematics, Language, and at least one of the elective tests.

Students of the aforementioned career must opt, at the end of the 4th semester, for
one of the following three specialties:
a) Learning
b) Communication and Language
c) Education of Deaf People
In order to ensure an adequate distribution of students, it will be established
a quota limit for each of the named specialties.
The elective requirements, stipulated by the degree, would operate only in the case of
exceed these quotas and will be applied in the following order of priority:

  1. Having opted for the specialty in first preference, in the selection process
  2. The highest level of curricular coverage achieved
  3. Simple grade average corresponding to your curricular progress
    The application process for the specialty was implemented from the admission court
    2023, through a protocol established for these purposes.
