Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degree Admission Requirements:
- Original Grade 12 Report Card – Must be duly signed by the adviser and/ or principal with “Eligibility to Transfer to 1st Year College” remark. If there are alterations/ erasures, it must be countersigned by the adviser/ principal.
- Original Good Moral Certificate – Must be issued by the school Guidance Counsellor and/ or Registrar’s Office.
- Original and Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate – Original copy must be presented for verification purposes only. In the absence of PSA Birth Certificate, updated passport may be temporarily presented.
- Photocopy of Valid I.D of Parents w/ 3 specimen signatures – Passport, Driver’s License, National ID, UMID, SSS, PhilHealth, Voter’s ID, PRC ID, Senior Citizen ID, OFW ID.
- 1 pc. 1.5 x 1.5 ID Picture with white background
- Mapúa MCL Enrollment Forms – available upon enrollment.
Graduate (Master’s) and Doctoral Degree Admission Requirements:
After settling the Admissions Fee, Graduate program applicants may now submit the following initial requirements via email before proceeding with the enrollment:
