ACCEPTANCE OF DOCUMENTS:

The following documents must be attached to the application:

extract from the approved electronic application of the applicant;
personally written biography (1 handwritten copy and 2 printed copies);
a notarized copy of the document on complete secondary education (certificate issued by the secondary school for graduates of the current year);
notarized copy of birth certificate and identity card;
a notarized copy of the marriage certificate (if married);
notarized copies of children’s birth certificates (in case of children);
a character certificate issued by the educational institution (place of work or residence);
a certificate of family composition and place of residence from the housing department or local executive authorities;
color photo (without headgear, detailed) – 6 pieces 3×4 cm in size and 2 pieces 4.5×6 cm in size;
Notarized consent applications of parents or guardians for candidates under 18 years of age;
electrocardiogram;
general analysis of blood, blood group and rhesus factor;
results of blood tests for AIDS and syphilis serological reactions;
results of blood tests for hepatitis C and hepatitis B;
general analysis of urine;

ADMISSION TO THE MILITARY INSTITUTE IS CARRIED OUT UNDER THE FOLLOWING RULE:

Candidates must be examined by the military doctor’s commission established at the Heydar Aliyev Military Institute. The date of passing the military doctor’s commission is notified to the applicant by the admission commission during the document acceptance.
Residents of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic must undergo an examination by the military doctor’s commission at the Heydar Aliyev Military High School (Nakhchivan city).
According to the request of the rector of the Military Institute named after Heydar Aliyev, the receipt of the certificate on the conviction of the applicants is carried out by the relevant department of the Ministry of Defense.
The list of candidates who have successfully passed the relevant checks is sent to the State Examination Center to participate in the entrance examination.
The date of the entrance exam will be announced after the announcement by the State Examination Center.
