Associate Degree Entry Requirements:
- Four (4) subjects at the C.X.C/G.C.E. inclusive of English Language.
- 2 CXC’s and a background in representational sport
- Mature Entry: Five (5) years of coaching
- Special Entry: Elite Athletes
Bachelor (Undergraduate) Degree Requirements For Entry:
- G.C. Foster College two-year Diploma
- 5 CXCs inclusive of English Language and one of the following subjects:
- Mathematics
- Physical Education
- A Biological Science subject
The requirements for entry into the associate degree in Recreation include Five (5) CSEC  subjects inclusive of English Language, Mathematics and Physical Education or and Science subject at the General Proficiency Grades 1, 11 and 111 (effective June 1998) or their equivalent.Â
Graduate (Master) Degree Requirements For Entry :
Admission requirements include the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in physical education or kinesiology or their equivalent, with a grade point average (GPA) of 2.7 from a recognized accredited institution. Applicants who do not hold a degree in physical education or kinesiology may be required to successfully complete certain undergraduate prerequisite courses prior to admission.
- A professional resume (All experiences in the field of Physical Education and Sport)
- A written personal statement describing career goals and rationale for enrolling in the M.Sc. programme (limit 500 words)
- A completed Application for Admission sent to M.Sc./Physical Education and Sport. Applications will be available at the College Admissions office, at G.C. Foster College of Physical Education and Sports webpage.
