Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degree Admission Requirements:

  • Scanned copy of Recent Passport size colored ID pictures (white background)
  • Scanned copy of Certificates of Good Moral character 
  • Scanned copy of Scholastic Records from the Office of the Registrar for Admission purposes only or Scanned copy of Grade 11 and Grade 12 report card (grades must have a numerical equivalent) – Grade 12 card with 1st and/or 2nd quarter grades.

1. For Foreign Students:

  • Scanned copy of Birth Certificate authenticated with Apostille Stamp

2. For Dual Citizens:

Graduate (Master’s) and Doctoral Degree Admission Requirements:

Master in Nursing

  1. Bachelor’s degree in nursing;
  2. At least 1 year of experience as a professional nurse in a hospital/community or public/private health agency;
  3. Duly accomplished Application Form (available at the Graduate School Office or filled -up in the website ) together with the following documents:
    1. original copy of the official Transcript of Records/Transfer credentials;
    2. Two (2) recommendations from  employer/s or school (forms included in the application packet);
    3. Certified true copy of college diploma; 
    4. 4 passport-size photos (in white background);
    5. Filled-up form describing your motivation for pursuing graduate study and your view of self-directed learning as a method of instruction, and a description of your research interest;
    6. Copy of current nursing license (PRC);
    7. Copy of PSA birth certificate; and
    8. Copy of the marriage contract (if married).

Additional Requirements:

For foreign applicants:

  1. Scanned copy of birth certificate authenticated with Apostille Stamped;
  2. Scanned copy of passport;
  3. Scanned copy of I-card;
  4. Scanned copy of the student’s visa;
  5. Scanned copy of Transcript of Records by the Philippine Consulate authenticated with Apostille Stamp;
  6. Scanned copy of the Diploma with the seal of the University and the signature of the registrar in ink. If written in another language, must be authenticated by by the Philippine Consulate / Embassy with an Apostille Stamp;
  7. curriculum for BS Nursing; and
  8. description of undergraduate courses (subject coverage and number of hrs. – theory/laboratory/clinical).

For transferees:

If a student is a transferee from another school, present the transfer credential for evaluation by the Dean.

  1. Four (4) passport-size photos (in white background);
  2. Student’s visa for foreign applicants with additional requirements from the Admission and Registrar’s Office.

Doctor of Medicine

  • Scanned copy of Birth Certificate, PSA issued
  • Scanned copy of Certificate of General Weighted Average (GWA) from Dean or Registrar
  • Scanned copy of the Transcript of Records (TOR) or Scholastic Records from college last attended
  • Scanned copy of College Diploma or Certificate of Candidacy for Graduation
  • Scanned copy of NMAT Result
  • Scanned copy of 2 pcs recent passport colored size ID pictures (white background)
  • Scanned copy of Certificates of Good Moral Character or Recommendation Letter from 2 former professors

FEU-NRMF Scholarship

Scholarship for Dependents OWWA: A scholarship grant to qualified dependents of OFWs consisting of a maximum of Php 60,000.00 per school year until the completion of baccalaureate course (4-5 years). For incoming freshmen, the selection of scholars is determined through the DOST national examinations. Only the top 400 passers are considered for entry as freshmen; 600 slots are for those who are already enrolled in college. Website: https://owwa.gov.ph/
