Fermín Toro University
The University Fermín Toro (UFT) is a private university. It is in Cabudare, Lara, Venezuela. It was founded on 9 May 1989 according to the decree Number 168 of the National Executive. The Founder was Dr. Raúl Quero Silva, President of the Upper Council of the institution and of the Educational Complex “Antonio José of Sucre”. The institution started in Cabudare, but also has campuses in Barquisimeto. The university has a library, bookshop, a clinic and computer laboratory. Students have email and access to the Internet.

Certified grades from 1st to 5th year in updated format (black background or simple copy authenticated by the educational institution that issues it or a copy of the certificate issued by the educational zone).
Bachelor’s Degree (Black Fund or simple copy authenticated by the educational institution that issues it or copy of the certificate issued by the educational zone).
Copy of the proof of enrollment in the National System of Entry to University Education SNI (OPSU-CNU).
Two photocopies of the legible Extended Identity Card.
Two passport size photos.
One Manila Legal Size Folder with Hook.
A Legal Size Manila Envelope.
Bank deposits.
