I. Objectives:

1. Assist economically challenged students pursuing various medical, nursing, and midwifery programs at DMSFI.
2. Address the inadequacy of human resources for health in Mindanao by contributing 10% increment five years after graduation.
3. Ensure a 100% return of service agreement commitment from grantees.
