Central Mindanao University Admission Requirements

Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degree Admission Requirements:

• School ID
• Certification that the student is  graduating  from the school Guidance Counselor
• 2 pcs. 1×1  ID picture
• Testing Fee of Php 200.00 for 2nd courser only.

Schedule for examinations  is  prepared by the CMUCAT Board and approved by the University President and disseminated during the Information Drive. Application forms for the CMUCAT  are given to testing centers during the information drive and can be obtained from OASP Office.

• CMUCAT Notice of Result (2 copies)
• Original Form 138 (Senior High School Report Card) Original & One (1) Photocopy
• Photocopy of Parent’s Income Tax Return / Any Proof of Income (for free tuition only)
• PSA original copy of Birth Certificate (LCR Form 1A is required if PSA copy is not clear)

• Recent Chest X-Ray Results

Central Mindanao University Scholarship

• Scholarship for Dependents OWWA

A scholarship grant to qualified dependents of OFWs consisting of a maximum of Php 60,000.00 per school year until the completion of baccalaureate course (4-5 years). For incoming freshmen, the selection of scholars is determined through the DOST national examinations.
