Established in 1811, Universidad Nacional Experimental Marítima del Caribe (National Maritime Experimental University of the Caribbean) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Catia La Mar (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Vargas. — Objective: Preserve and conserve the environment, as well as different factors involved in the quality of life of the members of the marine-coastal zones in a sustainable manner.

— Objective: To identify the factors that contribute to safety on ships, aquatic spaces and in maritime-coastal and port areas
Quality and Productivity Line
— Objective: Verify the interrelation between people, processes and activities, as well as the correct measurement of variables and indicators and management of results aimed at improving processes.

Applicants to enter as Career Professionals and High Performance Athletes at the National Experimental Maritime University of the Caribbean, must submit the following originals:
Original IDENTITY CERTIFICATE
Original of the registration in the CNU or the RUSNIES ( Unique Registry of the National System of Entry to Higher Education ) or updated Certificate of Participation of OPSU / Place a gmail email.
Bachelor’s degree with their respective tax stamps. ( Only for High Performance Athletes )
Title of UNIVERSITY SUPERIOR TECHNICIAN ( TSU ) original duly signed, stamped and Registered. In the event that the Title is a parchment that is too large, the original and a colour copy of the same must be submitted for easy digitization. ( Only for TSU )
CERTIFIED TSU NOTES signed and stamped by the institution of discharge. ( Only for TSU )
MEDICAL RECORD duly filled out and signed by a doctor certified by INEA (Download www.umc.edu.ve)/ Only for Maritime Engineering and TSU Water Transport.
Format SWORN STATEMENT OF THE STUDENT WITH THE UMC with the original PHOTO and a copy ( Download updated format on the web www.umc.edu.ve/ link INCOME ). Present 2 copies of the same.
NOTE: For university students who have completed at least 6 or more approved semesters, enter CERTIFIED NOTES duly signed and stamped and the PENSUM OF STUDIES.
TSU ENTRY PROCESS – PROFESSIONALS AND HIGH-PERFORMANCE ATHLETES
The General Secretariat of the National Experimental Maritime University of the Caribbean (UMC) announces the opening of the ENTRANCE PROCESS for PROFESSIONALS (*) and High Performance Athletes who are interested in studying in the different Training Programs offered by our House of Studies for the academic period 2022-I, according to the following schedule:

Consignment of documents in the Coordination of General Archive and Statistical Control (CAGECE)

From Monday 03/14/2022 to Friday 03/18/2022.
(*) University students with a Higher University Technician or Graduate degree / University students with six or more semesters passed in another Higher Education Institution. (Careers related to those offered by our institution).
Interested persons must attend the undergraduate headquarters of the Universidad Marítima del Caribe to formalize their admission according to the procedures established in the following link (MANDATORY) See ENTRY REQUIREMENTS IMPORTANT!!
Attention hours: from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Place: Coordination of General Archive and Statistical Control, Archive Unit, Ground floor of the Administrative Building.
The process of receiving documents is PERSONALIZED.
Admitted students will be admitted according to the Internal Enrollment Process established by the UMC.
Note: For the Maritime Engineering degree, the age allowed is:
24 years for PROFESSIONALS
21 years for HIGH PERFORMANCE ATHLETES
The student population is informed that they will participate in the Recruitment Process for admission to the Career in the different Academic Training Programs to take all the pertinent Biosafety measures when going to the UMC facilities.
