CAP College Foundation
CAP College Foundation, Inc, The Distance Learning Alternative System, is a private, non-stock, non-profit, non-sectarian educational foundation established in 1988 under Philippine Laws and is duly recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
CAP College Foundation believes that the success of the “open university” concept of education in Europe, Australia and North America will allow it to bring in Filipino students to college and provide quality education to the 70% of high school graduates, in particular, those who were statistically dismissed as not being able to enter, much less finish, traditional colleges on account of finances, time, distance, physical disabilities and other constraints.
