CADT is a national flagship research and education institution for Digital Technology and Innovation, nurturing digital talent and innovators to drive Cambodia toward a digital society.
In 2020, National Institute of Posts, Telecoms & ICT (NIPTICT) was transformed into CADT. CADT aims to be a national flagship research and education institution for Digital Technology and Innovation, nurturing digital talent and innovators to drive Cambodia toward a digital society.
CADT has 3 missions to accomplish:
Provision of quality Higher Education and Professional Training in digital technology
Research and advancement of knowledge
Innovation and entrepreneurship for better academic and society services
There are 3 institutes established under CADT:
Institute of Digital Governance (IDG), a driving force of digital governance development in Cambodia to provide digital skill training for civil servants and promote technology transformation in government agencies.
Institute of Digital Technology (IDT), a higher education institution specialized in digital technology, providing excellent training programs to foster digital innovators indispensable for the development of digital economy and society.
Institute of Digital Research and Innovation (IDRI), a first of its kind research institute in Cambodia to conduct R&D in digital technology, to drive digital innovation and entrepreneurship in Cambodia.

Industrial Technical Institute Tuition Fees
Candidates who pass the exam must pay a tuition fee of 2,500 (two thousand five hundred) US dollars per year (bachelor’s degree must study for 4 years ).
Top candidates who score high on the exam will receive a special scholarship package with the following benefits:
Scores of 85% and above will receive a 70% tuition fee package equal to 1,750 (one thousand seven hundred and fifty) US dollars per year and a laptop.
Scores from 70% to below 85% will receive a 60% tuition subsidy package equal to 1,500 (one thousand five hundred) US dollars per year and get a laptop .

Student Selection
For the academic year 2021-2022 , the Institute of Digital Technology will select 100 undergraduate to study the following skills:
30 Telecoms & Networking
40 Computer Science
30 e-Commerce sites
Selection Criteria
All candidates must pass the exam organized by the Institute of Digital Technology under the following conditions:
• Computerized exam on the subject
– Mathematics – Logic for 2 hours
– English for 1 hour
Industrial Technical Institute Admission
• A student with a high school diploma or equivalent .
Students have to attempt –
• Online exam registration www.cadt.edu.kh/apply from the date of this announcement until February 18, 2022
Candidates must come to receive the individual certificate with 2 4 × 6 photos to meet the requirements at the CADT Academy building to receive information and exam dates.
The exam will be held at the CADT Academy building via computer system .
