A. Admission Requirements for College Freshmen:
- Form 138 or Grade 12 Senior High School (SHS) report card (original & 2 photocopies)
- SHS Principal’s certification of good moral character (original & 2 photocopies)
- PSA Birth Certificate (original & 2 photocopies)
- Three (3) pcs of ID Pictures (2Ă—2)
- Three (3) long brown envelopes
- One (1) long folder
- CEFI entrance examination result (suspended until further notice)
- High school principal’s certification of academic ranking for valedictorians (Over-all no.1) and salutatorians (Over-all No. 2)
- Other requirements deemed necessary by the CHED or the institution.
B. Admission Requirements for Transferee Students:
- Honorable Dismissal (original & 2 photocopies)
- Certified True Copy of grades or Transcript of Records (original & 2 photocopies)
- Certification of good moral character from the previous school’s guidance counselor or it’s equivalent (original & 2 photocopies)
- PSA Birth certificate (original & 2 photocopies)
- Three (3) pcs of ID pictures (2Ă—2)
- Three (3) long brown envelopes

Calayan Educational Foundation Scholarship
Academic Scholarships: CEFI students obtaining an academic grade-average of:
- 1.2 or better are given 75% tuition discount for one semester and shall be called Foundation Scholars.
- 1.21 – 1.4 are given 35% tuition discount for one semester and shall be called College Scholars
Provided the following conditions are met:
- the students carried the regular semester load;
- the students had no grade below 2.0 in any subject;
- the students had no failing grades in PE, NSTP and Social Action 1.
A. Entrance Scholarships
- Valedictorians (Over-all No.1) from any government recognized high school duly certified by the principal are given full tuition scholarships for one semester.
- Salutatorians (Over-all No.2) from any government recognized high school duly certified by the principal are given half tuition scholarships for one semester.
- Honor graduates from recognized colleges and universities enrolling at the CEFI shall be granted tuition scholarships for one semester provided they have satisfied the requirements for admission.
- Suma Cum Laude – 100% free tuition
- Magna Cum Laude – 70% free tuition
- Cum Laude – 50% free tuition
- The enrollee who tops the CEFI entrance examination shall enjoy a full tuition scholarship for one semester.
