  Incoming international students are encouraged to complete the application form.
• Copy of official transcript *
  Student must submit copy of official high school certificate or transcript (only freshman applicants).
• Proficiency in English Language*
  International students must present copy of TOEFL or IELTS score report or official letter bearing the stamp of their university conforming that English was the primary language of their study. Applicants must have a minimum TOEFL score of 80 IBT (500 PBT) or minimum IELTS score of 6.5 or better.
