Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts Admission Requirements
Admission Requirements:
The annual fee of preparatory courses is $ 750. At the end of preparatory period students take final examinations. Students who have passed examination successfully are issued certificate on appropriate specialty in common form after graduating the education.
Foreigners who want to study must present following documents:
Application to the name of rector;
Approved copy of the document of education indicating subjects and marks on these subjects;
Persons born in Azerbaijan must have a certificate from the State Migration Service confirming the absence of dual citizenship;
Certificate of health and AIDS;
Copy of national passport;
Biography;
8 photos on 3×4 (in red background);

Following documents are required for education in baccalaureate of foreign citizens:
- certificate on graduating the preparatory course (student must continue education in baccalaureate according to specialty and language that he/she graduated faculty);
- application to the name of rector (indicating the specialty);
- document on education (indicating the lessons, affirmed by notary);
- medical certificate;
- passport or the copy of identity card (having entry visa to the Republic of Azerbaijan);
- biography;

This student pays the amount (tuition fee) indicated on the document and affirmed by the Ministry of Education with USA dollars in the beginning of each education term. In the case if, the foreign student can’t continue education or don’t want to continue for valid or invalid reasons, as well as in the case of expelled according to basis indicated above unpaid tuition fee is not returned back.
After issuing an order on admission of foreign citizen to the university, he/she gains the status of student of the university.
Education period in full-time tuition is 4 years. Tuition by correspondence is 4 years 6 months. The annual fee for bachelor’s degree is $ 2,000.
Education is carried in baccalaureate in Azerbaijan and Russian languages.
The registration of foreign students studying in full-time tuition is carried at State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
- They get one-year temporary living right Foreign student is able to use rights defined for Azerbaijani students studying chargeable and at the same time foreign student in its turn.
- Should observe internal disciplinary rules of educational establishment;
- Should not allow spoiling of the property of the educational establishment;
