Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University Admission Requirements for International Students
Admission Requirements:
List of documents to be submitted by foreign citizens
- Appropriately legalized (or supplied with Apostille) relevant document indicating relevant study level and records for all years and its notarized copy in Azerbaijani language (for foundation and bachelor studies);
- Appropriately legalized (or supplied with Apostille) and nostrificated relevant document indicating relevant study level and records for all years and its notarized copy in Azerbaijani language (for master studies);
- Reference certifying that the person is not carrier of a virus of any disease included in the list of dangerous infectious diseases (Human Immunodeficiency Virus Infection, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C) approved by the relevant exucutive authority;
- Notarized copy of the Passport or the border crossing document (passport with expiration date more than 1 year of application submission date to the University);
- Notarized copy of the Identity Document;
- Autobiography;
- Proof of Language Proficiency (if available);
- Copies of the Certificates, Diplomas and other relevant documents (if available).
Note:
- Foreign citizens having a permanent residence permit issued by the Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan can be admitted to Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University only on the basis of test exams conducted by the State Examination Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- The citizenship of the Republic of Azerbaijan, along with the citizenship of a foreign country, cannot submit a document to Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University as a foreign citizen. They can be admitted to the university on the basis of test exams conducted by the State Examination Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Documents to be submitted by foreign nationals:
- High school diploma, transcript must be apostilled, translated into Azerbaijani and certified by a notary;
- For the Master’s degree, the Bachelor’s degree, transcript must be apostilled and nostrified, and must be translated into Azerbaijani and approved by a notary;
- Photocopy of the front and processed parts of the international passport (the validity period of the passport must be at least 1 year after the date of application to the University);
- Health report and doctor’s report about not being a carrier of AIDS, Hepatitis B and C viruses;
- Sample of registration (Newly issued);
- Certificate of residence;
- Certificates of achievement received in educational life (if available);
- Photocopy of TC ID card;
- Photocopy of the session (for those living in Azerbaijan);
- Examination certificate in the language of education (if available).
