Africa University Admission Requirements (2024 intake)
Academic Calendar: Spring semester (January – April); Summer semester (May-August); Fall semester (September-December)
Step 1 : Choose a program
- Pick a program of your choice from a wide range of programs offered at Africa University. You can view the requirements of the program, the level, duration and the campus where its offered. If you’re not sure which program you want to choose, You can Enquire and get assistance from our experts in the recruitment office who can guide you on the best choice of program you can pick.
- NB. You can have a choice of up to 3 programs which you can add to your application in the following step.
Step 2 : Apply
- To apply, one has to access the Application Portal. On the application portal, a prospective student is required to create an account to start the application process. Once the account has been created, the applicant can access the application, save and continue editing until they submit their application. The applicant is required to have a working email address, certified copied of their certificated and proof of payment for their application fees to be able to complete their application.
- NB. Once the application has been successfully submitted, the recruitment team will vet the application. Those who are successful get a provisional Offer letter whilst the unsuccessful applicants get a rejection letter.
Step 3 : Provisional Offer Acceptance
- The Provisional Offer Letter from Africa University has a letter head and is addressed to the applicant with the details submitted in the application. The applicants needs to sign the document to accept the offer and send the signed offer to the email that sent the letter.

Step 4 : Fees Payment
- To secure one’s offer, fees has to be paid in full
Step 5 : Registration
- Registration dates are seen from the Academic Calender. During Registration, students are advised to bring forth all their original copies of their certificates for verification. Students are also required to bring 2 passport sized photos and a X-ray report from their physician or doctor.
