Procedure for Online Application
- Application should be downloaded from BPKIHS official website (www.bpkihs.edu).
- Scan copy of all the essential certificates/documents (as mentioned in Page. No. 6 Serial No. 5),
along with the duly filled application should be sent to email: (bpkihs.fellowship@bpkihs.edu). - Attach scan copy of bank voucher transfer receipt of NPR 5,000. The forms can be submitted
online only from 15th April 2023 and the application must reach us by 29
th April 2023. However,
forms can be submitted with a late processing fee of NPR 2,000/- extra from the 30th April to 4th
May 2023. - Once the form has been submitted, it will be scrutinized and the status of the application will be
intimated. - Candidates must bring and deposit the original bank voucher receipt at the time of Entrance
Examination. - Admit card will be issued electronically through the mail following verification of the uploaded
certificates/bank voucher and the application form.
Documents to be uploaded for completion of the application form
- Scanned copies of original certificates and marks sheets of MBBS and MD/MS.
- A scanned copy of the original certificate of registration with the Nepal Medical Council for PG
(Specialty registration certificate). - Any candidate who has been working in hospitals under the Ministry of Health must submit a ‘No
Objection Letter’ from the Ministry of Health at the time of application. Likewise, candidates
working in other Public Institutions should also submit a “No Objection Letter” from their current
institution/employer. No other letters will be entertained. - A scanned copy of the original passport/citizenship (both sides)/election card.
- A scanned copy of the original bank voucher.
