To be admitted to a Baccalaureate program at the Lumière University of Bujumbura you must:
- Have completed secondary studies and have taken the state exam giving access to higher university education.
- Hold a state diploma or equivalent at secondary level in a program deemed relevant to the baccalaureate or license program in question.
- have completed the entire admission file required by the Lumière University of Bujumbura
