- Submit the CEE Result and the original copy of the prescribed admission requirements at the Registrar’s Office for the Registration Form.
- Fill out the Registration Form and proceed to the PE and NSTP Department for Registration.

- Proceed to the Accounting Department for the assessment of fees.

- After satisfying the above requirements, follow the procedure below: a. Present the GRADED CLASSCARDS to the Enrollment Adviser. b. Accomplish the Trial Registration Form; the student prepares their schedule. c. Fill out the Registration Form and submit it to the Enrollment Adviser for approval. d. Proceed to the Accounting Department for the assessment of fees. e. Pay the fees at the Cashier’s window. f. Proceed to the Guidance Office for the submission of the class schedule. g. Secure CLASSCARDS.
