  1. Present Certificate of Clearance from the Library Department, Medical and Dental Clinic, and the Accounting Department for the issuance of Registration Form.
  2. After satisfying the above requirements, follow the procedure below: a. Present the GRADED CLASSCARDS to the Enrollment Adviser. b. Accomplish the Trial Registration Form; the student prepares their schedule. c. Fill out the Registration Form and submit it to the Enrollment Adviser for approval. d. Proceed to the Accounting Department for the assessment of fees. e. Pay the fees at the Cashier’s window. f. Proceed to the Guidance Office for the submission of the class schedule. g. Secure CLASSCARDS.
