Eligibility for Admission
- A Candidate with SSC (Science Group) and HSC (Science Group) or their equivalents is eligible to apply with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 in either one and a combined CGPA of 6.
- Foreign students with equivalent qualification are eligible.
- Equivalence will be decided by a committee called ‘Equivalence Committee’ formed by the Academic Council of BUHS.

- All Mark Sheets (SSC, HSC/Diploma): one set attested photocopies
- All Certificates, Testimonial (SSC, HSC/Diploma): one set attested photocopies.
- NID/Passport/Birth Certificate: one set attested photocopies.

- Honors in Laboratory Technology from any recognized University
- Honors in Biochemistry or its equivalents from any recognized University
- MBBS or equivalent degree from any medical colleges recognized by Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC) plus one year internship training.
