General Entry Requirements
General entry requirements are five CXC/CSEC subjects, including English Language and Mathematics at the CSEC General Proficiency Level, Grade 1, 11 or 111 (obtained since June 1998) or subjects at the GCE ‘O’ Level, Grade A, B, or C. Equivalent qualifications are accepted.
Students applying for a Secondary Education programme must have obtained a Grade I or II at the CSEC General Proficiency level or a Grade A or B at GCE ‘O’ Level, in the areas in which they wish to specialize and at least three other subjects.
Students applying for the Early Childhood Education programme must have a science subject and a physical science subject (social studies, history or geography).
Applicants with CAPE (Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination) qualifications will have a distinct advantage in being accepted.
