Nova univerza

The new university is founded as a private higher education institution with elements of a public-private partnership, which is established by concessions and other public funds intended for international exchanges and research.

The first goal of the New University is to become an elite university in terms of the quality of study programs, selective enrollment and international comparability, while respecting the highest ethical standards in all areas.

The original fields of study and scientific research are law, administration, international relations, European studies, dispute resolution, security studies, Slovene studies, ethics in public life, and interdisciplinary programs of law and management in the fields of real estate, infrastructure and sustainable construction.

Through study programs in the mentioned educational and scientific fields, the university is embedded in European and wider international higher education spaces by promoting student and professor exchanges with partner universities abroad, implementing joint study programs with the latter through forms of transnational higher education, and participating in international scientific projects.
