Note: Copies of documents can be submitted in early admission stages of application. Once an applicant is offered a place in one of the HU degree programs, originals of all the required documents listed above must be submitted in order to complete registration.

Heliopolis University for Sustainable Development Admission

To start your studies at Heliopolis University for the academic year 2021-2022, register using the application form found on the link online admission form. You will receive a message on your E-mail to pay registration fees, and testing 2000 LE is non-refundable paid through the university’s bank accounts. It will not be significant in the case of non–payment of expenses of registration. Registration is only valid after submission of the required documents and payment of registration fees

English Placement Test:

The English test is automated and held at the university campus, the student sets an appointment to take the test. Once the fees are paid, the applicant will receive a confirmation message on his/her email to schedule the test. The test takes 50 minutes and is divided into four sections. The test is mandatory for all applicants.

The English test assesses the following points:

Listen to dialogues and answer related questions.
Reading skills (through reading a passage and answering related questions).
Vocabulary and grammar (answer vocabulary and grammar questions).
Identifying writing skills through an MCQ test.
Placement Test Requirements

Arrive at the campus half an hour earlier before the test starts.
Bring a National ID card
Only one guardian is allowed.
The applicant adheres to precautionary measures.

Personal Interview

The interview measures the students’ skills and their ability to understand the requirements of the faculty they want to enroll. Passing the interview is highly important for admission acceptance. Important Note: In case you wish to postpone the interview, the student affairs department must be informed 24 hours before the interview date.
