University of Asia and the Pacific Enrollment
- Step 1: Click the specific program that you would like to apply to. Links are found below. (Regular applicants and scholarship applicants use the same links.)
- Step 2: Fill out the form and wait for an email to be sent to you containing a link to your application form. Check your spam folder if you do not receive the email after 15 minutes. Note that the link sent to you is unique per applicant so it is not to be shared with anyone else.
- Step 3: Click on the link to your application dashboard, edit/complete the applicant profile and submit the required documents, which may vary depending on what type of applicant you are.
- Step 4: Pay the application fee through the official UA&P payment channels (BPI, UnionBank, or GCash). Online transfer details are in the dashboard.
- Step 5: Upon completion of Steps 2 to 4, the schedule and guidelines for the Admissions Exam will be posted on your dashboard.
- Step 6: Take the exam on the scheduled date. Wait for the results to be reflected in the dashboard. You will also receive an email from the Admissions Office informing you of your results.

Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degree Admission Requirements:
- Copy of Grade 12 Report Card (with the last grading period or semester completed)
- Passport size digital and colored 2×2 photo
- Letter of Recommendation
- Current School ID
- photo copy of good moral character from Highschool
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Academic Award (for applicants who graduated with honors)
Foreign Student Applicants
Non-Filipino applicants who are currently studying in or have graduated from any educational institution in or outside of the Philippines are considered as Foreign Student Applicants.
Foreign student applicants may take the SAT in lieu of the UA&P Entrance Exam (UAPEE). To qualify for admission, an applicant must obtain a score of 1,140 on the SAT.
In addition to SAT or UAPEE, applicants whose native tongue or medium of instruction in secondary school is not English should obtain any of the following scores:
- IELTS – score of 6.5
- TOEFL (paper-based): 550
- TOEFL (internet-based): 75
- CAE – grade of B or a C1 certificate
- DAAD – score of 20 per component
- PTE – score of 58
Foreign Student Applicants will also need to submit the following:
- Copy of passport
- Copy of Alien Certificate of Registration (for those currently residing in the Philippines)

Merit Scholarship: Merit scholarships are highly competitive study grants that may cover up to 100% of tuition fees. In addition, the top applicants of each batch may also be awarded a stipend, book allowance, and board and lodging allowance (for provincial applicants).
