The Government of Senegal, aware of the stake that agriculture represents in the economic and social development of our country, has made the development of this sector its first priority. Many measures have been announced for the modernization and development of this sector, including the creation of an agricultural university called University of Sine Saloum El Hadj Ibrahima NIASS (USSEIN).
The creation of the University of Sine Saloum El Hadji Ibrahima NIASS (Decree 2013-173 of January 25, 2013) responds to a socio-economic need because it allows the Government of Senegal to provide an appropriate response to the development needs of 03 regions feeders of the Center by promoting their resources and assets. It is also a desire to balance the spatial distribution of university institutions and staff.
A major provider of high school graduates in Senegal, this area does not currently have a higher education establishment. Granary of Senegal, the groundnut basin will finally be able to have a university with an agricultural vocation. By its geographical position, Kaolack polarizes the regions of Fatick, Kaffrine, Diourbel, Tamba and Kédougou. In addition to animating cultural and scientific life, the University of Sine Saloum El-hâdj ibrahima NIASS will open a wide window to the outside world and will have a direct impact on the economic and touristic life of the region.

FOR THE REGISTRATION OF NEW BACHELORS
Registration takes place in two stages:
Step 1 : Online registration
The bachelor must connect to the online registration platform: http://etudiant.ussein.edu.sn/ and follow the different steps as indicated in the guide or tutorial.
The following documents must be attached to the online registration file:
1- A legalized copy of the National Identity Card
2- A legalized copy of the Baccalaureate transcript
3- A photo ( passport photo format )
Step 2 : Finalizing the process
After online registration, the bachelor must go to his campus:
– to the COUD Medical Service for the medical visit
– and with the administrative services of the USSEIN for the withdrawal of his registration certificate.
