Aware of the problems encountered by Tunisian higher education, Tunis Carthage University has decided to take over the reins to raise the level of young graduates. Resulting from a strong determination and a real intention to improve things, the UTC was born, more than 25 years ago, to breathe new life into higher education.
The main challenge of our private university UTC is to accomplish its mission in a social, economic and political situation considered disadvantageous.
