This is a privately owned higher education institution, which is located in Lambanyi at the Canadian crossroads in the municipality of Ratoma. It was founded in 2008 and was accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Science Research in Guinea.

The Avicenne University of GUINEA offers to all bachelor degree holders several Bachelor’s training courses for the academic year in the following Faculties :

  • Faculty of Legal and political sciences: business law, civil law, administrative law, mining law, international law, political science
  • Faculty of Economic sciences and management:  Management Economics, Finance Economics, Insurance Bank, Finance Bank, Accounting, Business Administration, Customs, Hospitality and Tourism, International trade, mining communication, mining administration, project management, logistic and transport, corporate communications, customs and transit
  • Faculty of Computer science and telecommunication: NTIC, MIAGE, Telecom Networks, networks and telecommunications
  •  Faculty of Science and Technology: Info Engineering, Civil Engineering, metallurgy and processing, hydro- geo technology, environment and industrial safety, applied geology, Mining and Geology.
