REGISTRATION PROCEDURE (New Bachelor’s)

Step 1: The Bachelor draws his orientation sheet on the orientation platform.

Step 2: He goes to Alassane Ouattara University (UAO) for verification and validation to pay tuition fees to the institution’s accounting.

Step 3: It removes the registration kit composed of:

• An enrollment folder;
• A sign-up sheet;
• A certificate of education sheet;
• An Administrative Registration Form;
• A receipt.

Step 4: He drops the duly filled kit at the ticket office matching his channel.

Step 5: After verification and validation, the registrar returns the signed receipt and receipt of the account.

Step 6: Bachelor’s degree conducts his biometric enrolment (photo and fingerprinting).

Step 7: Student card withdrawal by appointment. This act gives him student status.

CONSTITUTIVE PARTS OF THE REGISTRATION FILE

• A copy of the birth certificate;
• A copy of the certificate of success at the LAC upon presentation of the original;
• A copy of the valid national identity card or identity certificate;
• Three (03) color ID photos of the same print;
• For minors (under eighteen years (18)) parental permission legalized at the town hall.
