Within the framework of the commemoration of the 60 years of diplomatic relations between Taiwan and Paraguay, the vision of creating a Polytechnic University of the highest level in Paraguay is born. This idea materialized on December 5, 2017 with the signing of ” The Letter of Intent ” between the Ambassador of the Republic of China (Taiwan) in Paraguay, Alexander Yui, and the Minister of Industry and Commerce, Gustavo Leite, promulgating the On May 31, 2018, Law No. 6,096/18 “WHICH CREATES THE TAIWAN POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY – PARAGUAY” , thus giving life to this laudable undertaking.

• Submit the form online, generate and print the registration PDF
document.
• Make the corresponding payment in cash or check at the offices of
the Academic Secretary of the Polytechnic University Taiwan

Building – Ground Floor. No transfer or deposit payments will be
received.

• Anyone who has completed high school or secondary education or
is in the final year of study.
• Basic knowledge of the English language.
