The Rafael María Baralt National Experimental University ( UNERMB ) is a Venezuelan public university located in the states of Zulia , Falcón and Trujillo , founded in 1982 . Its main headquarters are located in Cabimas and its extensions on the Eastern Coast of Lake Maracaibo , San Francisco municipality and Maracaibo . It has undergraduate and postgraduate degrees ( Bachelors , Engineering and the National Training Program PNF). A large part of its mission is to promote the development of the COL subregion, through the preparation of professionals for the industry, as well as collaborating with the communities in their cultural and social growth.
It is made up of 11 academic venues, where it teaches studies in 3 large areas such as administrative sciences, education sciences and engineering; Likewise, it has several postgraduate programs.

Enrollment: New students: November.
Entry requirements
Have completed the CNU-OPSU National Admission Process and have selected UNERMB in one of the three options.
Have completed the internal pre-registration.
If not admitted, take the propaedeutic course.
Original and copy of the Bachelor of Science, Industrial or Commercial degree for Management Projects, Mathematics and Physics Education and Mechanical Maintenance Engineering.
Original and copy of the title of Bachelor of Humanities or Teacher for Teachers in Service.
Photocopy of the identity card.
Birth Certificate.
Original and copy of the certification of notes of 1st. to 5th high school year.
Current Health Certificate.
Enrollment in the current CNU National Admission Process.
Selection record.
Official Letter of Approval of the Board of Directors of the UNERMB for income from transfer or equivalences. Meet the other requirements established in the Institution’s Admission Regulations.
The allocation of places through the National Admission Process will be carried out exclusively applying the CNU-OPSU criteria.
