Universidad Domínico-Americana

We are the university of the Dominican American Cultural Institute (ICDA), approved as an institution of Higher Education through Decree No. 389-01 of the Executive Power issued on March 20, 2001.

We offer undergraduate and graduate study programs. Likewise, we deploy a comprehensive and updated continuing education program to provide professional updating courses and training on new methods and techniques to optimize business results.

We use the most advanced methodologies in the teaching-learning process; In addition, we collect and apply innovative ideas regarding the development of knowledge of science and technology. Likewise, we emphasize the quality of teaching, administration and service to our students, while providing them with personalized support and attention during their academic journey.

DOMINICAN APPLICANTS

  • 3 2×2 photos.
  • Original medical certificate for academic purposes issued by a Dominican physician.
  • Transcript of grades, graduation letter and copy of diploma degree certificate legalized by the Ministerio de Educación Superior, Ciencia y Tecnología (MESCyT).
  • Original legalized birth certificate.
  • Photocopy of identity card.
  • Payment of admission fee.

FOREIGN APPLICANTS

  • 3 2×2 photos.
  • Original medical certificate for academic purposes issued by a Dominican physician.
  • Transcript of grades, graduation letter and copy of diploma degree certificate legalized by the Ministerio de Educación Superior, Ciencia y Tecnología (MESCyT).
  • Original legalized birth certificate.
  • Photocopy of identity card.
  • Copy of passport and visa or certified residency against the originals.
  • All original documents, apostilled and legalized by the MESCyT with translation into Spanish, legalized by the General Chancellery of the Dominican Republic.
  • Payment of admission fee.
