In September 1999, the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Paraguay authorized the Divina Esperanza Teacher Training Institute. With this legal framework, academic activities begin with the EEB Teaching career, with more than 200 applicants making up the 3 enabled sections.
In 2004, the Divina Esperanza Higher Technical Institute was created. Since then, through said institution, Tertiary careers have been offered: Marketing, Accounting Management, Social Work, Business Administration and Computer Programming. In 2005, the Esperancita Initial Level school was enabled. With the Resolution of the MEC, the school is extended to 9th grade. On December 29, 2005, Law 2864 is enacted by which the Paraguayan National Congress raises the Teacher Training Institute to the rank of Higher Institute (Art. 79 of the Paraguayan National

Necessary Documents:
The documents required for the degree will be delivered to the Academic Unit of their affiliation, being these:
a) Two copies authenticated by a notary public of the Police Identity Card. They must have a distant expiration date. Documents close to expiration within the academic life of the course in question will not be accepted, also considering the extra time that the management of the degree takes once the course has finished.
b) Copy authenticated by a notary public of the Certificate of Studies of the previous academic degree or the one requested by its Academic Unit. It must be recognized by the Ministry of Education and Culture bearing the seal and the corresponding signatures.
c) Copy authenticated by notary public of the Title of the previous academic degree or the one requested by its Academic Unit. It must be recognized by the Ministry of Education and Culture bearing the seal and the corresponding signatures.
d) Original copy of the Birth Certificate.
e) Two ID-type photos.
For foreign students, the following documentation will be requested:
a) Temporary or permanent residence
b) Any other document that by its nature is required.
