- Download Forms:
- Download the appropriate application, recommendation, and health record forms. Use good quality thick white 8″ x 14″ paper for the application form and 8″ x 11″ paper for recommendation/health record forms.
- College transferees must download both the Application for Admissions to College form and the Information Sheet for College Transferees.
- Senior High School (Grades 11 and 12) applicants must download the track and interview form for Senior High School.
- Fill in Forms:
- Complete the information requested on the forms.
- Paste a 2″ x 2″ ID picture on the provided box in the application form.
- Ensure that all fields are filled. If a field does not apply to you, write “N/A.”
- Recommendation Forms:
- Have one copy each of the recommendation forms filled out by your Principal, class adviser, or counselor.
- Recommendation forms should be sealed in envelopes with the recommender’s signature across the flap.
- Prepare the Following Documents: A. Original Birth Certificate (NSO copy) B. Photocopies of:
- Baptismal certificate
- For married college applicants: marriage certificate
- Current report card (applicants with failing marks or a grade below 78 in more than one subject in any quarter will not be entertained)
- For transferees: complete records of collegiate grades certified by the Registrar
- Course description of subjects taken
- Grading system in the previous school
- For foreign applicants: Study Permit and ACR C. Certification from the Principal/Registrar regarding the school’s grading system (for those with letter grades only) D. One 2″ x 2″ ID picture (identical to the 2″ x 2″) for the test permit
- Submission:
- Submit all requirements in person or through an authorized representative to the Admissions Office of St. Scholastica’s College.

- Scholarship for Dependents OWWA
A scholarship grant to qualified dependents of OFWs consisting of a maximum of Php 60,000.00 per school year until the completion of baccalaureate course (4-5 years). For incoming freshmen, the selection of scholars is determined through the DOST national examinations.
