Santa Maria University Admission Requirements

Instructions for pre-registration

Santa Maria University Applicants are advised that they must follow these procedures to successfully enter the system once they have registered.

Before doing any operation on the system, you must read and interpret all the information and follow the instructions. To clarify any type of doubt, go to:  Ayuda.terna.net.

The process consists of 6 steps,  all are done through the online system , which must be followed  as explained below:

Login to the system

Register in the system as an Applicant .

→ If you have any doubts, you should consult the detailed and illustrated help to register as an applicant : help.terna.net .

→ The user account is the property of the applicant, once it enters the system, it must not be created or managed by another person,  not even by their parents and/or representatives .

Request Registration

Enter the system with your username and password (Step 1).

In the main menu, you will select the option ( Modules > Requests ) .

In the horizontal menu (Options) select the panel of Semester Programs or Annual Program .

In the selection list that appears there, you must select the Career and Shift option that you wish to enter.

After making the selection, a series of > Requests < will appear, which are within the Registration Request line , where you will see the summary of all the information that you will send with your request.

Important note:

You can change your option of race and/or shift whenever you want, but at the end of the process your collections will be validated for the  last option  you have chosen, there you will be registered if everything is approved. It is recommended to read carefully with caution before making any modifications.

Santa Maria University Payment

Cancel your pre-registration payment with a deposit and/or transfer.

Login to the system with your username and password.

In the main menu select the option TernaCoin > Virtual Account .

In the upper horizontal menu, called Movement Type , select the bank deposit option . If you have doubts, consult how to Register your payments in the virtual account .

Complete  all the requested fields, for this you must have the original proof of payment. If you pay by deposit check help.terna.net where you can  locate the date of the deposit and the return number .

In case you have made  a transfer, enter the aforementioned link and you will be able to locate the date of the transfer you made and the bank reference number. 

To finish the operation, press the Submit button to register and save the payment.

The next day (24 business hours) you must verify that the payment you made is confirmed .

If the next day the payment appears ( Rejected ) go to yuda.terna.net , this way you will be able to correct your payment as explained there.

Santa Maria University Requirements

In order to register, you must enter the following requirements on the page:

Enter the system, then press the ” Modules > Requests ” option and fill out the ( Data )  form that is in the horizontal menu. You must select the options you want, either to add your ID, high school grades and birth certificate, among other collections that both the page and the institution will require.

1.1. Complete all the required fields of the form ( they are marked with an asterisk ) .

1.2. Fill in the optional fields if you have the information to do so at the time. 

1.3. Press the Send buttonto save the data. If there is an error, the system will show you the form again and will highlight it in color   >Red<  if and only if the data is not correct.

Identity Card ( Legible )

Passport-type photo on a white background ( digital format, physical format is not required ) .

One of these collections ( As appropriate to your current situation and the career you want to enter ) :

(a) Bachelor’s degree.

(b) Letter of Completion.

(c) Proof of study, indicating that the student completed his 5th year of high school.

Important notes

You must scan or digitize the receipts and save them in .JPG format.

You must keep all the original documents  ( In physical ) of your requirements.

The requirements are the aforementioned. Otherwise, other documents will NOT be accepted as a substitute .

Follow each step in order

Enter the system with your username and password 

(Step 1).

In the main menu, select the Modules > Requests option .

In the horizontal menu (Options) select the Photo board.

3.1. The photo must be taken on a white and uniform surface, with your cell phone, digital camera or computer.

3.2. The photo must be passport type, with this your academic record will be identified ( Refrain from placing inappropriate photos on social networks, which will be automatically rejected ).

In the horizontal menu (Options) enter the dashboard and enter the requirements demanded by the institution.

4.1. Select the digitized file of your identity card.

4.2. Press the Submit button to save the receipt.

In the horizontal menu (Options) select the Bachelor’s Degree, Completion Letter and/or Senior Year Letter board, depending on the document you have to send.

5.1. Select the digitized file of your receipt.

5.2. Press the Submit button to save the receipt.

Note: After uploading each requirement, the collections table will be updated where you can see the summary of all the information you sent with your request and the status of each collection.

Consult registration

Only applicants who meet the following conditions will be enrolled:

The payment must be recorded as  Confirmed in your Virtual Account ( Step 3 ) .

All your mandatory collections must be  Accepted by the institution ( Step 4 ) .

Applicants should frequently review the system to be aware of any errors during the process and be able to correct it in time, without leaving it to the last minute.

Santa Maria University Studying

Only applicants who have registered in the system (Step 5) can study.

You must attend classes on the date stipulated in the calendar.
