ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR KINDERGARTEN

1. Age 5 years old
2. NSO Copy of Birth Certificate
3. Barangay Captain’s Certificate of Residence
4. Two copies of 1×1 recent colored picture
5. Entrance Examination Fee of Php 350.00

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR FIRST YEAR HIGH SCHOOL (GRADE 7)

1. Certified True Copy of Form 138 – no grade lower than 85 in all subjects during the third quarter of the present school year (no grades below 80 in all subjects in first and second quarters/grading periods)
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Principal/Guidance Counselor (with school seal)
3. NSO Copy of Birth Certificate
4. Barangay Captain’s Certificate of Residence
5. Two copies of 1×1 recent colored picture
6. Entrance Examination Fee of Php 350.00

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS

1. Certified True Copy Report Card – with no failing grade in any subject
2. Certification from the Principal that the student is graduating from Senior High School.
3. Two copies of 2×2 latest colored picture
4. Entrance Examination Fee of Php 350.00

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR UNDERGRADUATE (FOREIGN STUDENT)

1. A formal letter of application addressed to the University President seeking admission to PNU Undergraduate Program to be reviewed by the Dean, College of Teacher Development/Associate Dean
2. Authenticated High School Card and authenticated Certificate of Graduation in High School/Diploma with English translation duly certified by the University.
3. A computed Grade Point Average (GPA) equivalent to at least 80% or its equivalent in the PNU Grading System Students with TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC should have a band of 6
4. Students without TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC are required to take ELP (English Language Proficiency) prior to taking the PNUAT Authenticated Birth Certificate
5. Certificate of Good Moral Character
6. Two copies of 2×2 latest colored picture
7. A written Personal History Statement with photocopy of Passport (original Passport should be presented)
8. Entrance Examination Fee of US$ 50.00 (Subject to change upon the approval of the Board of Regents)

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTIFICATE IN TEACHING PROGRAM

1. Original and Certified True Copy of Bachelors’ Degree Transcript of Record (TOR) with Grade Point Average (GPA) of 85%, 2.0, B+ or better
2. Certificate of GPA from School Registrar
3. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (MC) if TOR bears maiden name
4. Two copies of 2×2 latest colored picture
5. Entrance Examination Fee of Php 400.00

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADUATE PROGRAMS

1. For Master’s Degree Applicant-s Original and Certified True Copy of Bachelors’ Degree Transcript of Record (TOR) with Grade Point Average (GPA) of 85%, 2.0, B+ or better For Doctorate Degree Applicants Original and Certified True Copy of Bachelors’ Degree Transcript of Record (TOR) with Grade Point Average (GPA) of 85%, 2.0, B+ or better
2. Certificate of GPA from School Registrar
3. Recommendation Letter from three (3) former mentors/employers
4. Two copies of 2×2 latest colored picture
5. Entrance Examination Fee of Php 400.00
