The National Skills University Islamabad is a non-profit public sector university established by the Federal Government of Pakistan.

National Skills University Islamabad is the first public sector university established on the premises of fast job transformation challenges associated with the Fourth Industrial Revolution (IR 4.0). This higher education institute differs from the conventional higher education institutes by paying more attention to inculcating job-ready skills among learners besides their cognitive development.

Graduates of this university are expected to have ample knowledge of workplaces in their field of specializations due to its pedagogical practices focusing more on discipline-specific practical experience. This will involve both trainings in the university laboratories as well as working in the field with industrial collaborators of this institution through Co-op programs.

Certificate Courses Eligibility Criteria

  1. A person holding a minimum of Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent from the relevant recognized board/institution shall be eligible for admission in certificate course.
  2. In the case of General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) A Level, American High School Diploma, or any other foreign qualification, an equivalence certificate from the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) shall be mandatory.
  3. Documents required along with application form are
    1. Attested copies of all educational certificates, diplomas
    1. Domicile certificate
    1. Two recent passport size photographs
    1. An attested copy of the CNIC or B-form
  4. Maximum age limit for admission in all certificates is 30 years on the application submission deadline. Age relaxation up to five years can be granted under special circumstances with the approval of admission committee.

if your name appear on the merit list, follow the following steps

Download Acceptance Form & Affidavit and Fee Challan form

Print undertaking on notrized Stamp Paper and submit with acceptance form

Submit one set of attested copies of educational certificates, CNIC/B-Form, domicile certificate.

In case your HSSC/Equivalent exam result is awaited, you have to submit Affidavit on Stamp Paper as given above.
